Radio Sagarmatha

Radio Sagarmatha is the first independent community radio in entire South Asia. On air from 5 am to 11 pm every day from its studio in Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepal. It has evolved as a truly independent and highly credible community radio of Nepal. Radio Sagarmatha had got the license following nearly half a decade of struggle, with as many as 17 conditions which must be adhered to.

The conditions included that Radio Sagarmatha cannot broadcast news and current affair programs while also refraining from taking up economic agenda. The permit was issued allowing broadcast time of two hours a day using 100 watt transmitter. Another condition was that government officials would vet the issues which would form the program.

  We are the nepalee citizen which currently working at malaysia want bring our tears and sufferness painfull moment for eye view and action.

  We currently working at Malaysian Harvest Sdn Bhd, No.45, Jalan 2/109E, Desa bussiness park, Taman Desa of Jalan Klang Lama,58100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as cleaner. We broght by : KASTURI INTERNATIONAL SERVICE (P.) LTD. BHATBHATANI MARG, BHATBHATANI, KATHMANDU, NEPAL. to

  this company which lot of chiting promise. Agent say work as sale assistant at shopping sentre, market, but once reach here, we work as cleaner. Aggrement paper which state salary 750.00 (malaysian ringgit) was collect back by malaysian company at malaysia airport and give as new aggrement with salary 494.00 (malaysian ringgit) witch for 26 days and balance 4/5 days salary not include.

  the company also not look in to out walefare such :

  1) Give hostel but cut money if water bill or electric bill more.

  2) Nepalee admid hospital..company pay and cut back salary.

  3) Give hostel far from work place, no transport given, must work so long.

  4) Every night malaysian people snacth our money , h/phone after go back hostel time. company no give safety.

  5) If nepalee die, no salary or money give by company to family at nepal. company keep salary

  6) keep body long all most 1 mopnth at hospital.

  7) must work 7.00morning till 11.00 night.
  if we complain at embassy, they no give work for 3 month or no give salary.

  such lot we facing and suffering becouse our nepalee agent chit us. We realy sad and broke heart becouse nepalee chit nepalee becouse money.

  Now we need you help to protect other nepalee withch will came to this company soon. This below nepal agent will send 200 nepalee worker which they dontknow anything about they tehcnic…. (see below proof which we get from someone help us)

  Reference made to the above matter & the new KDN approval obtain for 200 workers on last week KDN/14020-1155363 & DATED 28/06/2011, enclosed below is the agent info & quantity of job order to be prepared by your good self & advice us for the collection arrangement of the documents in the soonest period.

  For your kind info we had received the demand mention 150 Female & 50 Males, but the agent can fulfill only 30-50 biodata only for female so please kindly amend the demand letter from 150 workers to 50 Female workers, because they don’t pay any agent fee or processing fee to travel oversea to work, very limited female biodata in market & they are under loan deduction arrangement & further more we have to obtain the Royal Nepal Embassy attestation & approval for the female recruitment since this is standard recruitment we have to fulfill, so please kindly prepare the job order accordingly as per below. In any circumstance if the Female attestation job order is rejected by the Embassy, then we have to refer to the on the agent on the matters to refer to any special arrangement or how which is prior to advice.

  At the same time please kindly prepare the Demand Letter, Affidavit & Employment Contract into 2 set whereby 1 with Basic salary RM 21.00/day & NO Levy deduction (To obtain approval in Nepal concern department & wrks departure purpose only. Please take note this set of contract to be collect from each & every workers once they reach KLIA immediately on the clearance & don’t let the wrks to hold any of this set in their hand ya ) & another set’s with salary RM 19.00/day & NO Levy deduction (For wrks to sign before departure at agent office & wld be given a set to Malaysian Harvest for their save keeping) for each & every set of job orders ya.
